About Marrakech With Mohamed
Are you a licensed tour guide in Morocco?
Yes. I am a licensed tour guide in Morocco, authorized by the Ministry of Tourism. I work as a local guide in Marrakech and focus on helping travelers understand the city’s history, culture, food, traditions, and everyday life.
What languages do you speak?
I speak English, French, Arabic, and Amazigh. Tours can be arranged in the language that works best for you.
Do you offer private or shared tours?
I offer both private and shared tour experiences, depending on the tour. Private tours give you more flexibility with the pace, questions, and experience.
You can see the available experiences on the [Tours] page.
Booking a Marrakech Tour

Choose the tour you are interested in, select the available date and options, and follow the booking instructions on the tour page.
If you are not sure which tour is right for you, you can also [contact Mohamed] and I can help you choose based on your interests and the time you have in Marrakech.
Can I book a tour directly with you?
Yes. You can contact me directly through the contact page or WhatsApp to ask about availability and your preferred tour.
Can I book a tour at short notice?
I recommend booking in advance whenever possible, especially during busy travel periods. However, you can always contact me to ask about availability for a last-minute tour.
Can I customize a Marrakech tour?
Yes. If you have particular places, interests, or experiences you would like to include, contact me and we can discuss a private experience that fits your plans.
Marrakech Walking Tours
How much walking is involved?
Marrakech walking tours involve a fair amount of walking, particularly inside the Medina where many streets and souks are pedestrian areas.
Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended.
If you have mobility concerns or specific requirements, let me know before the tour so we can discuss what will work best.
Where do Marrakech walking tours meet?
The meeting point depends on the tour you book. Your booking information will provide the meeting details and instructions.
If you are staying in a riad inside the Medina and have difficulty finding the meeting point, contact me and I will help you.
Can you pick me up from my hotel or riad?
Pickup arrangements depend on the tour and your accommodation’s location. Some locations inside the Medina cannot be reached by vehicle, so we may arrange a convenient nearby meeting point.
Please provide your accommodation details when booking or contacting me.
What to Expect
What should I wear for a Marrakech tour?
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for walking and the weather. Marrakech can be hot during the day, while temperatures can change considerably depending on the season.
Comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, and water are especially useful for walking tours.
Are children welcome on your tours?
Yes. Families are welcome. However, the amount of walking can vary depending on the experience, so let me know if you are traveling with young children and I can help you choose a suitable tour.
Do your food tours accommodate dietary restrictions?
If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or specific food preferences, please let me know before the tour.
This allows me to understand your needs and plan the experience accordingly.
Do your tours include food and entrance fees?
What is included depends on the individual tour. Please check the What’s Included section on the specific tour page before booking.
Exploring Marrakech
What can I see on a Marrakech tour?
Depending on the experience you choose, you can discover places such as the Medina, souks, historic sites, traditional markets, local food spots, and other parts of Marrakech.
Each tour has its own itinerary, so check the individual tour page to see exactly what is included.
Is Marrakech Medina difficult to explore alone?
The Medina is a fascinating place to explore, but its narrow streets, souks, historic buildings, and busy areas can be confusing for first-time visitors.
A local guide can help you understand what you are seeing, learn about the history and culture, and navigate the Medina more easily.
Can I ask questions during the tour?
Of course. Questions are part of the experience.
Whether you want to ask about Moroccan history, food, religion, architecture, traditions, daily life, or simply something you noticed while walking through Marrakech, feel free to ask.
Payment and Cancellation
How can I pay for my tour?
Available payment methods depend on the tour and booking method. The payment information will be provided during the booking process.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour.
For complete details, please see the [Cancellation & Refund Policy].
What happens if I need to change my booking?
Contact me as soon as possible if you need to change your date, time, or other booking details. I will do my best to accommodate the change depending on availability.
