To keep our schedules precise and respectful of all guests, please arrive at the designated meeting point exactly 15 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time. Look for our guides wearing the signature terracotta emblems.
Tours depart promptly. Late arrivals or no-shows once the group has moved from the initial meeting point cannot be refunded or rescheduled. If you run into unexpected transit delays, please notify our team via the emergency helpline immediately.
Marrakech is a vibrant city rich in deeply-rooted traditions. We expect all guests to dress modestly when visiting sacred spaces and seek permission prior to capturing photos of local artisans or residents inside the Medina.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the journey. Any behavior that is intentionally disruptive, disrespectful, or endangers the well-being of the group or our local hosts will result in immediate termination of the tour.
Children of all ages are warmly welcomed on our private tours, but must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or adult guardian at all times. Certain group desert excursions may recommend dynamic minimum age guidelines.
Please note that the historic Medina's narrow paths, cobblestone walkways, and vibrant, crowded souks can be highly challenging for strollers. We strongly encourage baby carriers or contacting us beforehand to customize a stroller-friendly path.
Most walking tours involve moderate activity, navigation over steps, and uneven historic paths. We highly recommend wearing supportive closed-toe footwear, carrying bottled water, and utilizing sun protection during warm seasons.

While our local partners strive to keep food spaces exceptionally safe, cross-contamination of nuts, sesame, and gluten may occur in traditional Moroccan open kitchens. Guests with life-threatening allergies should always carry their standard treatment.
